TCP Communication with C program Issues

Hi I am trying to connect c-program with matlab using TCP. I have a pre-built TCP server in my c-program. There are 100 of variables in program. I want to read the values of two three specific behavior in matlab environment using matlab tcp. I have been searching for 3 to 4 days but i am not finding any clue. If any one can help me i will highly appreciate. Thanks for your help in advance.
