Why after transformation the lines get messy?

Before: The lines are arranged in a way that they are supposed to be.

After: it get messy.

Does anyone know why does it happen?

i just use simple transform: Tx = makehgtform('translate',[0 5+c 0]); set(t(1),'Matrix',Tx); Thanks
