You can find the info about that toolbox here. It costs $400 a year for an anual license or $1100 for a perpetual license. It looks like there is a free trial though that you might be able to take advantage of.

I understood that you are getting an error while using “kmeans” function and it says Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox is required. Visit the below link to purchase the toolbox.
