MATLAB / SIMULINK crashes at open a Simulink Project File.

Problem with MATLAB / SIMULINK 2013 is:

When setup a Simulink Project all work fine, the Libary Components drag in the Simulink Work Window, configurate it, switched it together an simulate it with Scopes and Spectrum Scopes.

When save the Project to a file and reopen it, whether doubleklick the file or open Matlab and choose File Open, Matlab crashes with the following Message (German):

OS is Windows 7 32 Bit

I had detinstalled Matlab and reinstalled it, but without any effect. VS 2005 and 2008 Versions are installed.
