SimMechanics link to Solidworks

successfully completed the smlink_linksw and SimMechanics appears in the add-ins at Solidworks. However the SimMechanics tab does not show up in the menu at Solidworks. see attached file please advise ?

You need to have an assembly file open to see the SimMechanics Link menu. This is largely because SimMechanics Link exports assemblies only (and not parts).

As stated above, you need to have an assembly file open to see the SimMechanics Link menu. This is largely because SimMechanics Link exports assemblies only (and not parts).
