sampling times must agree while tuning PID control

I have an chart, runs without any error.I have included a PID library inside sateflow .when ever i click on tune option i get error as "sampling times must agree". I have kept the sampling times as 0.001sec at each sampling time option inside the stateflow, still I get the same error...please help me.

Hard to troubleshoot without the model. Can you attach the model so I can take a look?
