how can I duplicate imfreehand to two axes

Hello, I am trying to replicate a roi object onto two plots. That is, the user is required to draw a ROI onto one image, and as the roi is drawn on one image, it gets at the same time drawn on the second image. Plots could be subplots or even onto two separate figure axes. I have looked deep into imfreehand properties, but have not found a way. I have thought about using linkprop but i am unsure how to proceed. Any ideas ? Many thanks
