Question is related to 3D modeling (interp3 command)

I am doing my project in 3D modeling . I have a 3D data of face which has holes in it . I have x,y,z indices of face . How can use them to fill holes through any method ? I heard about interp3 command but can any one tell me how to use it ? I saw the interp3 command , but could not understand the parameters of it (I have only x , y ,z)
