Matlab license problem(First account)

Hi, I'm a new student of SNU(Seoul National University) in Korea I open my new account [joohyunshig@snu.ac.kr] then I got an e-mail to verify my account. after click, I can't get any verification. There was no answer, no license and any. After that I tried to verify several times but, anything doesn't work. How can I solve this problem?
I heard SNU student can get valid to install matlab

Call them, or your local country rep, if there is one. They even give installation help for student versions.
