hblms is a struct array ( http://uk.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/struct.html ) Set its variable WeightsOutputPort to false

Matlab has boolean variables:

   a = false
   whos a
   Name      Size            Bytes  Class      Attributes
   a         1x1                 1  logical
