I Can't Find the fuzzyLogicDesigner?

I can't find the Fuzzy Logic Designer box in my Matlab version! How can i find it? And Is it related by the Matlab version?

From the screenshot you posted, it looks like you are using R2008a. In that version of MATLAB type >>fuzzy
to launch the tool.
