Dynamics of mobile manipulator Simulink Error

Hello,
I am working on a paper to check whether the results match or not. I have modelled the dynamic controller in Simulink. But it is not working and giving me errors. I have used embedded MATLAB function in my model.
1.Matrix dimensions must agree. 2.Errors occurred during parsing of MATLAB function 'MATLAB Function'(#148) 3.Errors occurred during parsing of MATLAB function 'MATLAB Function'(#148) 4.Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'DynamicControl/MATLAB Function/v' is a [5x1] matrix.
Can anyone help me in this? I will post my simulink model if anyone is ready to help. Thank you.

did you solve it? I'm studying the mobile manipulator kinematics/dynamics on my master thesis, could you show me your paper?
