lines are merged when generating 3d images

I am writing a program to produce 3d video from two webcams. It is working all right, except the acquired image is not displaying correctly. Some lines are merged, therefore cannot see 3d vision using my 3d monitor.
However, when the image is zoomed, it is shown that the image was generated line by line correctly
Anyone knows how to make it work? The resolution is 1280x720. Thanks!
