Newton Raphson finding roots

Im having trouble deciding two roots to the equation 95x-(x^2+x+0.2/(x+1))^8 + 3xe^(-x), using Newton raphson method. The error is supposed to be less than 10^-6, I'm intended to use two subplots with two different intervalls. It might have negative roots aswell. Could someone help me solve this? And guide me thorugh the process.
