Existing Code help - Fluid property modifier

First off, I'm a beginner with matlab. I'm designing a subsystem that controls the Density, Viscosity, and Volume of a system using a series of Pumps and diverter valves.

The system must be maintained at a certain Volume, at room temperature. So, given certain values for Density and Viscosity of the system, our system will drain an amount of the existing fluid and pump in an amount of fluid from 3 tanks (Glycerol solution, Salt solution, & water) that changes the properties to values that are input.

Does anyone know an existing code that is able to do something like this that I can start with? Or any help on how to achieve this using Matlab/Simulink.
