How do I find the serial number in my purchase order?

Hello, I just purchased a student license of matlab and in the email that confirms the orders it says :

"You can view details of your order and access download instructions at: http://www.mathworks.com/accesslogin/orderDetails.do?orderId=%%%%%%%%"

Afterward i m in the order details page and i have a link to activate the license with the serial number. The problem is i can't find it. Do i have to wait another step of the order to receive additional information on this page?

Call the Mathworks for all license and installation problems. We don't do that here. They will give free installation help even for the student edition.
