How to make prediction with trained neural network???

I have a dataset of 306 persons(rows) with 206 attributes(columns)...we have estimated a anticident value for each person which is basically the output...I want to train my network with 70% values of my dataset..and need to estimate the anticident values for the remaining 30% and then need to calculate the error rate from actual value. anticident is having 79 value range...for each person we are assigning one of 79 values based upon some calculation.. how to do this????????????
