Error while running SOM

I try to run SOM demo then this thing happen MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't reload 'D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2014a\bin\win64\hgbuiltins.dll'. Caught MathWorks::System::FatalException
Using window 8.1.
anyway how to fix guys?
