How can i implemet phase coding for audio steganography...?

i segment audio and get fft() for each segment then i compute the angle and the difference between every two adjacent segment. then i convert message to binary but i can't compute the modification or new phase how can i add it to the signal...?

i need a help please i can't find any code for this technique to help me for complete the code..
