Simulink model file dspcelplib

I require the following Simulink model file that was available in MATLAB7/toolbox/dspblks/dspdemos/
dspcelplib.mdl
This demo file is not available in the latest releases (our college has bought version R2013a). I would greatly appreciate your help in obtaining this file.
