pass input from GUI to .m file

i have a problem, the first 'How to pass input from GUI to .m file'?? and the second how to change output plot or grafik from .m to GUI???

Zidni - you need to provide some context. What is the input from the GUI? What is your m file? If the latter is just a function then pass the data from the GUI as input parameters into this function.
