How can I take audio inputs from microphone and after getting the input how can I transfer that recorded file to another computer through wifi using MATLAB?

Actually I want to take an audio input from a input device in MATLAB and after doing some operation (like modulation) send that output file to another computer trough wi-fi and check the signal quality there(like BER). Please help me to solve this.
