Radiation Pattern with Polar Command

Hi all,

My desired function is a polar plot of a Sinc function.

When I determine weights to form a beam using two or three element antenna, my final plot based on the calculated weights does not match with the desired function.

I have two beams about 60 degrees apart when I wanted only one beam.

The desired pattern is attached.

May I know how to eliminate the other unwanted beam?

There is not enough information in your post for people to work with. What are the desired patterns and what are the patterns you get? Did you rule out the ambiguity due to the array geometry?
