Real time windows target out of memory - Matlab 2014a

Dear all,

I am interfacing an i/o board Humusoft MF624 with simulink. I recently upgraded from R2013 to R2014a. The interface in simulink has slightly changed. There is no need to connect to the virtual machine anymore. Before I could run the model as many times as I wanted. Now with R2014a, the virtual machine runs out of memory after 6 or 7 runs.

I believe the reason is that the new version does not clear the virtual machine memory at every run. The reason I believe this is that when I go to task manager in windows and change the priority of Matlab process to "real time", simulink allows me to runs once or twice more and then again give me the "Error : Real time windows target out of memory".

My question is : how can I clear the virtual machine memory before each run ?
