Dear Users, I need an urgent help as I've to code tonight. I Can't Launch Matlab R2010a Student version on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. He ask me to upgrade Java, but I've already updated it and still the same bug. Any help around? Dr. Hamad

Search the forum for tag:yosemite and you'll find trillions of messages like yours. Look for ones by the Mathworks staff specifically.

It's been 5 years. At $99 it's about the same price as a single book for one of your other classes. You've gotten good value at $20 per year but I think it's finally time to upgrade. Consider it like you're just buying a book for a class.

I am using a windows version MATLab 2014a but the script was written on a mac using MATLab 2015.

dave, it sounds like you have a totally different and unrelated question so you should start your own question rather than "Answer" hamad's question.
