Import data from Multiple files in CSV format

I have multiple files(around 500) in CSV format. Each file has a row specifying "Start process" and there is corresponding time of start. similarly there is a row specifying "end process" and there is corresponding time. row number of there process are not fixed in the file. How to import such data. I can't specify file names of all these files. becoz they i have new set of files with diff name as random numbers every day. help
