how can i do segmentation of an image using bfo

Actually i m trying to use it on a image but i m not able to understand how to relate the parameters of the two like what stands for bacteria in an image as i m new to this please help.

I have no idea how that algorithm is different from all the other swarm optimization techniques named after an increasing number of bugs and critters (ants, cuckoos, bees, fish, etc.). But there are several of them in the File Exchange. Perhaps it's there or you can modify one of the other PSO programs.
