Excuse me, I wanna purchase the student version.But I have a desktop and laptop. May I download and use the MATLAB student version on the two different computer? Thank you very much!

You have to read the license conditions or ask the MathWorks sales team. The participants of the forum are volunteer Matlab users (usually) and therefore not 100% trustworthy source for solving legal issues.
