Figures are blank when copied into powerpoint or saved as pdf

Hi, I just upgraded to 2015a. Everything looks nice until I tried to save/copy some figures. Only the axes are copied/saved but none of any other graphic (lines, plots,...etc). Seems like it is only a problem with heavy figures with more details. What might be the problem here and how do I fix it? My old version 2012b never had this problem.
