How might one suppress 'wintool' so that it doesn't overlap an opened window?

As part of an experiment I'm setting up, I am running psychtoolbox, which lets me open an external window. Wintool keeps popping up in the middle of my screen and I can't figure out how to force it not to appear, or at least how to make it slip under my max priority window.

I think it comes out of my use of trigonometric variables. I'm using frequency and amplitude, which seem to be making wintool appear. It's not immediately obvious to me how you can cause the script to suppress it, but it seems as if it should be pretty easy to do. I was hoping someone could help me out.

I figured it out. Turns out I was just missing a semicolon.
