how to find phase on the graph?

hi,I had a question regarding finding phase on the graph. Here it is the green one is the original and the blue the shifted. the math for it is:
x1 = 5 * cos(2*pi*(15)*t + (pi/2)); and x11 = 5 * cos(2*pi*(15)*t);
I appreciate your help
