Water Boiling Modeling by Simscape

I am trying to model the water boiling process in a constant volume chamber (shown in the figure below) using Simscape. The heat for boiling is provided by a heater. From the resources that I can find online and the Simscape library, there is no existing module that I can leverage. The challenge is the phase transition. I am just wondering whether there is anyone did a similar work before? Any suggestion would be helpful.

There is this model for two-phase fluids (liquid + gas), though the application is different.

Thanks Sebastian. I used this reference. However, the original author used the fin-tube evaporator rather than the plate.

You could look at the .ssc files provided and modify the evaporator equations with plate evaporator equations like the ones in this link:
Unfortunately, we don't have any off-the-shelf blocks for two-phase flow, so implementing your desired equations in Simscape Language is the best way to go.
