MATLAB 2013b 64 bit is not detecting the compiler for MEX

I have Microsoft visual studio 2013 professional installed in my computer and below are the set of compilers I have. It shows that there is visual c++ 2012 x64 redistributable installed. Still matlab is not able to detect compilers in mex -setup
I am using MATLAB 2013b 64- bit. Please tell me what I can do?
I tried installing windows SDK 7.1 and installation was failed.

The shown redistributables do not concern the problem, because they are libraries, but not compilers.
You have to install the SDK7.1 successfully. So search for instructions of how to install it and if you observe problems, explain them here.
