How to properly config my Humusoft AD622 Data Acquisition card ?

I'm under winXP and Matlab 2011a. I installed the latest driver for my card and it seems working fine. but the matter is that when I try to use it under simulink it doesn't react ! I applied a sinusoidal (or square) signal for example on the canal 1 of the card, but all I get is 0 on the multimeter !

please help me to solve this problem by indicating how I must rely it in simulink. also, I'm running the simulation in normal mode. I tried the external mode but it always shows error whatever I did.
