how can i translate the minutiae using translation matrix??the minutiae is stored in as text file??

I got a mat code for minutiae extraction.In this program the x,y coordinates and orientation of each minutiae is stored as text file.But i need to translate the minutiae for secure that.How can i translate the minutiae using the translation matrix???Im a msc student and this is for my project work!!!!!!!!!!

Just add or subtract a specific value from your x and y matrices. And I don't know what " for secure that" means - secure what , secure how?

I've never heard of it. It sounds like you have a paper that describes it, so if you can't follow the paper, I suggest you contact the authors.
