How Can i switch on and off the USB output voltage?

I have a small motor, once i connect it to the computer USB, it starts to rotate. the question is how to switch it on and off using Matlab? So, i need a matlab code show how to select the USB (because i have about 3 USB in my computer), and how to cut the voltage supply to this USB, and how to connect it again?

I use a Measurement Computing device. You could also use an Arduino or just directly to the USB. Exactly how is your motor connected to the USB lines?
