Hi I just downloaded MATLAB 2015

I forgot to include other products on that time which was that time 12 dollars and now its asking for 35 dollars per addon. I mean if i have already got the version then why cannot i have the same price of 12 dollars per addon. I am a student and i really need help. Thanks
