Fuzzy controller giving constant output of z = 0.5 (z range [0,1])

Hi,
My fuzzy controller has two inputs and one output and when running my simulation it works perfectly when I look at the rule viewer. However when I attach a scope to the out put it gives me a constant value of 0.5.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Let me know if you require any more details.

Can you attach your model and all the required files to run it? Also please write which release of MATLAB you are using.
