LTE Mobility Optimization using Matlab

Hello , I'am an engineering student and i'm working actually with Matlab to create an LTE network in order to optimize it after.I'm beginner with Matlab ,so i still blocked to make an eNodeB "tri sector" .I know that i should modify the azimuth and elevation parameters,but i didn't succeed to find how. Please someone can help me with a useful Matlab Tutoriel or an exemple of code that can help me.I will be grateful i anyone answer me. Thank you in advance.
