hi there,
I am new to simulink world !!!
I want to generate a block for electrostatic force which is proportional to v^2. where v is ac voltage. I have take a AC voltage block, have taken the math square function block, but I could not connect them. any suggestions ???
thank you in advance.

Normally you cannot connect physical signal ports to simulink signal ports. In such cases you should use either PS-Simulink converter or Simulink-PS converter which you can find under Utilities of your Simscape library.

At the moment I don't have the license for Simscape but normally you connect the positive end to signal converter and the negative end to ground. What's the error now?
