2014b或者2015a， installer安装过程中无法下载matlab主安装程序

我是mac osx 10.10.3，现在线通过我的mathworks账户安装matlab。我是过下载matlab_R2015a_maci64以及matlab_R2014b_maci64，但不管是哪个版本，在进行到图示下载的步骤是总是提示错误。我的网络时12M带宽，应该不是网络快慢问题。出现上述报错无法继续安装，请问这可能是什么原因，该怎么解决？

I can't read this but I'm virtually certain the FAQ applies: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#During_installation.2C_the_installer_crashes.2C_hangs.2C_gives_an_error_message.2C_does_not_authenticate_your_license.2C_or_otherwise_does_finish_installing_correctly.
