Generating Unique ID for a person using facial biometrics

I want to hash (SHA1,MD5 or any other hash function) facial features from an image to generate an unique ID. I have hashed eye regions of the images,but the problem is that ,not getting the same ID with different images of the same person. What shall i do to get the same Hash value(or Unique ID).Can you get me the code
Please help me.
