Problems in making midi files through mirmidi and miditoolbox

I use mirmidi from mirtoolbox to convert wave file into matrix, which is shown as mirmidi on the variable list.

But when I want to do actions like playmidi or writemidi, I receive the error "Index exceeds matrix dimensions".

Since mirmidi use functions in miditoolbox, I supposed that its output is compatible to miditoolbox functions, but it seems not......

How should I use these tools to generate a midi file from a wave file?
