I purchased a MATLAB license along with the Data Acquistion Toolbox. I have completed the installation, but the Data Acquisition Toolbox appears to not have been installed on my Mac or Linux system. Why is it missing, and what can I do to resolve this?

The Data Acquisition Toolbox is only available on Windows. It is not compatible with OS X or Linux.
When you performed the installation, the Data Acquisition Toolbox was not listed in the list of products to be installed on Mac or Linux. You may have missed it as you clicked through the installer.
MATLAB is available on Windows, Linux, and Macs, but some toolboxes are only available on specific platforms, and are not available on others. This is often related to their functionality, and how they interact with other programs or systems outside of MATLAB. Some toolboxes depend on other software which is only available on a specific platform.
To resolve this problem, you should check which platform the toolbox is available for at the page below, and then install MATLAB and the toolbox on that platform.
