Why do I get error when downloading the matlab_R2015a_win64.exe file?

We are suppose to download MatLab at my University of our own laptops to use it in several courses but I get error when doing it, even though as far as I know, I have done exactly the same as everyone else in my class.
I have created a profile at MathWorks and connected it to my email (the one from University which one we were told to use). I have also chosen academic use as well as tapped in the key of numbers we got. After downloading the file (newest realise: "matlab_R2015a_win64.exe") I have tried to open it and then a pop up window comes up called "MathWorks Installer". When chosing the first alternative which is Log in with Mathwork account (we were told to chose this one) and pressing next an error message comes up: "Connection Error. The application could not connect to MathWorks. For more information on resolving this issue, see this Support Article".
I am not suppose to fill in any proxy details on my computer since the internet only use to work when "no proxy" is choosed. I have checked several times that I have internet coonection both at home and in school. Also I have tried to delete all saved files and start again after restarting the computer.
A fact is that when I copy the <file:matlab_R2015a_win64.exe> with an usb to my dads computer he can press next after log in with mathwork account without the error message. Could it be something on my computer blocking MatLab?
Thank you Ylva
