IGBT real model

Hi all!! Nice to meet you!
My name is Jose and actually I´m trying to implement a real model of an IGBT. I have used ideal model implemented in SimPowerSystems but the next step in my work is to take into account the behavior of modifying gate voltage.
I have modelled the IGBT as a current source voltage dependant (on the Vge and Vce) with simulink blocks but when I try to use the model with Simpowersystem blocks (RLC branches, current sources and so on), they can´t be connected together. The output of the block is connected to a controlled current source but I get the open loop error.
Could anyone show me an IGBT real model block to compare with mine?
Thank you very much in advance!!

Which "IGBT" do you intend in this context?

I have solved that problem (wrong connection block). But now, I get an error related to algebraic loop.
Thank you Walter for the comment but I don´t understand your question Walter, could you help me?

Hi! I have modelled IGBT as a current source depending on the gate voltage and supposing collector-emitter as a constant value. With this simplification the model was valid for me and I could use it to my purposes. I advice you to try simplificating the model this way.
