Plotyy legend box half missing

when a open a Figure in a different version of matlab, the legend box only appear a half, like the upper right half of the box line is missing. Also I am not able to move the right y axis or change its color after I click the edit figure property, however, I can do that on the left y axis. Could someone tell me which is the issue?

What version was the .fig file created with, and what version are you opening it with?
