Hello, I am implementing PCA-SIFT on an image. I want to create an array with patch size of 41 X 41 and patch length would be of 39 X 39 X 2 = 3042. how Can I do that.

I want to extract patch from the image and I need to create an array with patch size of 41 X 41 and patch length of 39 X 39 X 2 = 3042. how Can I do that.
