How can I assosiate dot net framework 4 with matlab r20014a still having dot net framework 4.5 on PC

Well, I'm using Matlab R2014a and NI Veristand on my Windows PC. To build a .dll file successfully compatible with Labview/Veristand using NIVeristand target in Matlab through RT workshop toolbox, the process requires dot net framework 4. Well this looks fine, but I have other applications (eg, catalyst center of ATI graphic card) which requires dot net framework 4.5 for their execution. Now my question is..
How can I have both versions of dot net framework (4 & 4.5) and yet associate only dot net framework 4 with Matlab.
