MATLAB code required for Tektronix MDO 3024 AFG, spectrum analyzer and Oscilloscope

Can anyone please help me on coding part. please read the briefing on by requirement.
MATLAB code required for generating pulse, controlling device & acquiring data from TEKTRONIX MDO 3024 (Mixed domain oscilloscope).
Tektronix instrument is connected to the computer through TCP/IP peer-peer connection.
Arbitrary function generator (AFG), the spectrum analyzer and the oscilloscope all the three features are available for the Tektronix MDO 3024 instrument.
It generates ultrasound pulse of certain frequency range. the ultra sound is then received from a pin type receiver which is then connected to the spectrum analyzer channel "RF" where I get to see frequency vs amplitude wave. At the same time I also receive the ultra sound by connecting another receiver, which is then connected to the oscilloscope to the port channel "CH 1" where I get to see frequency vs frequency wave. These two data records are to be acquired every often.
In short I need
1. Code to generate pulse from AFG
2. RF data to be saved for every pulse received.
3. Channel CH-1 data to be saved for every pulse received...everything to be in a loop

Excuse Me. How do you connect MDO3024 with MATLAB without .mdd file of MDO3024? I just can not find the .mdd file of Tektronix MDO 3024.
